Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, you own the deliverables we create for you once fees are paid. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and know-how.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
